Angle Seat Valve

An angle seat valve is a common industrial valve that is a type of globe valve, a pneumatically actuated valve with a piston actuator providing linear actuation. It is usually used to control the flow of fluid. It involves different from other valves in that its body and seat are generally arranged at 45°, mainly to optimize fluid flow and reduce pressure loss and turbulence. 

It is often used in water treatment, food and beverage, chemical processing and as long as the field. Certain angle seat valves are more suitable for clean, chemically neutral, slightly corrosive liquid media, especially gases and vapors.

Actuator Requirements: Pneumatic or electric actuators are required, increasing both cost and system complexity.
